1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and polo188 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by polo188.

• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• A selfie with your identification document if required.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Polo188 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits must be from legitimate funding sources and belong to the member themselves.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 1 for most payment methods.
• Deposits will be credited to your polo188 account immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Polo188 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used or a verified method in the member's name.

• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes to 3 working hours, depending on the selected method.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
